The U.S. Military had several contracts during the war era to manufacture these Halo model Eyeglasses for the marines and Military. They were with Bausch n Lomb, Halo, and Romco, and USS. This is a hybred model of all 3 with the Halo front and Bausch n Lomb And Romco Halo model temples. It was constructed as a memorabilia piece and manufacturing model to Show all 4 companies built an interchangeable and identical model for the U.S. Military during the 1960s. Very rare to find one with all companies contracted involved. Made in the USA, Size 50[]24, 140mm temples length. Frame measures 5 1/2" wide. This is a mint condition Frame with no wear cracks scratches or flaws.
