Bing and Grondahl Bull Mastiff dog # 2108 RARE For Sale

Stunning rare/ hard to find Bing and Grondahl Bull Mastiff dog # 2108. This is one of many Bing and Grondahl and Royal Copenhagen dogs that I have listed from our aunts estate a California collector.This dog is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.The bottom of his feet are marked 2108 on the left foot and with the Bing and Grondahl green underglaze mark that I believe dates from 1915-1930'sHGT 8.5" L 10.5" approxBing & Grøndahl was a Danish porcelain manufacturer founded in 1853 by the sculptor Frederik Vilhelm Grøndahl and merchant brothers Meyer Hermann Bing and Jacob Herman Bing.[1] The trademark backstamp for Bing & Grøndahl (B&G) porcelains is the three towers derived from the Coat of Arms of Copenhagen.[2] The company's Seagull dinnerware series became known as the "National Service of Denmark" in the 1950s when it was found in one tenth of all Danish households. In 1987 the company merged with its primary competitor, the Royal Porcelain Factory under the name Royal Copenhagen.
