This Bristol compressor was shipped to me in damaged packaging. The top pipe was slightly bent. I was sent a replacement, but the previous seller did not require I return. Hence I am stuck with this \"damaged\" one. This compressor has never been installed.Pipe diameters: 0.62 OD, 0.87 OD.
One entry, one exit pipe only.
Electrical: 230V 60Hz Single phase
Weight: approx. 50 lbs.Four new mounting pins with rubber isolators are included.Note that the top pipe is slightly bent -- probably due to be mishandling during shipping. It is likely it will perform perfectly well so long as you are careful with your brazing on the top pipe to ensure no leak.
Note that when I removed the rubber grommet from the top pipe there was hissing. This was a week ago. This means the compressor has been air tight for its entire storage life. The grommet has been re-inserted.The unit I was replacing is a similar Bristol (almost the same model number) and has been running in my home since 1992.See last picture for full specs from Bristol. \"2 ton\" refers to the nominal condenser size. The actual BTU is in the specs. It is recommended that you replace your condenser fan motor at the same time --- replacement fan motors are usually slightly higher power.Installation by a licensed professional.Under no circumstances will I refund shipping charges.
