DESCRIPTION: \"Bouquet Whiskey / Humphrey & Martin\". This is a SCARCE stoneware whiskey jug from a whiskey distillery once located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! The jug, itself, was manufactured by the FULPER BROTHERS POTTERY of Flemington, New Jersey, who made an entire line of this style jug for various distilleries. Bears a folk art, hand painted, Pennsylvania Dutch inspiredflower bouquet on two shoulders. Product name and distiller name appear on side opposite handle. Measures 8.5\" high. Base diameter measures 3\". This a sturdy jug that likely holdsone quart. A great addition to your whiskey jug, pre Prohibition whiskey bottle, folk art painting, stoneware or crockery collection!
CONDITION DETAILS:VERY GOOD. Crazing on handle. Fading to gold paint on manufacturer name. No chips, cracks, fisheyes, pressure lines, pot stones or other damage.
