Did you know that it\'s common to find an oven\'s temperature can be off by more than 50 degrees F? Thermostats become fatigued with age. Leaky door seals can cause hot or cool spots that affect the thermostat. For the best results with your oven, use the DOT2 oven thermometer to monitor the exact oven temperature. Temperatures can be sampled from different parts of the oven to check for hot or cool spots. NSF approved - approved for use in commercial kitchens.

Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 pm MST Monday - Friday will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on a weekend will ship the following business day.

We use a variety of shipping carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Returns

We want you to be happy with the items you buy, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping charges).

All returns must be unused and in the original manufacturers packaging. To return an item, submit a return request through your account. Any returns shipped to our warehouse without a return authorization will be refused and sent back. Any returns of orders that originally received free shipping will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund. We recommend shipping your returns back with a trackable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx Ground.

All returns will be inspected and processed within 3 business days of receipt.
