Please keep in mind that if you submit an offer at the same or lower price, your offer will likely just be declined again and you will have fewer opportunities to submit new offers. Issues with an Order, Address, or Late Delivery:If there\'s an issue with your order, please don\'t hesitate to reach out. Whether it be an item arriving late, or an issue with the item received, we\'re happy to help. While we offer 30 day returns, we encourage buyers to contact us first so we can diagnose the problem and see what can be done.Please keep the following in mind with regard to issues with an order:
  • If an item is taking longer than expected to arrive, please keep in mind that this is a delay on the carrier\'s end (such as USPS & UPS). Ninety-nine percent of the time when an item is taking longer than expected to arrive, it eventually is delivered to the buyer. Please keep in mind that once your item is in the hands of the mail carrier, it\'s out of ours and there\'s nothing we can do to make a delivery go faster.
  • If you no longer want the item, please cancel your order or let us know that you wish to cancel your order BEFORE the item is shipped and handed off to a carrier. If an item has already been shipped and handed off to a carrier, then it\'s too late to cancel the order. It\'s in your best interest to cancel an order ASAP so you aren\'t stuck receiving an item you don\'t want.
  • If you input the wrong address and submit an order, immediately cancel the order BEFORE it\'s shipped outso your item isn\'t shipped to the wrong address. As far as is concerned, the responsibility to input the correct address is on the buyer. If you input the wrong address and we have already shipped your item, then it\'s already too late and your package will proceed to the wrong address. So, again, it\'s in your best interest to cancel the order before we ship it out if you input the wrong address.
Returns:We allow returns within 30 days of an item\'s delivery so buyers have an opportunity to see that the item they ordered is right for them.While we offer returns, we encourage buyers to contact us first so we can diagnose the problem and see what can be done. This is because sometimes a return is not necessary and buyer dissatisfactionwith an item can be cleared up with some communication. However, if a return is deemed necessary, please keep the following in mind:
  • So long as the item you purchased is returned to us in its original, complete condition that it was purchased in, you will receive your refund for the returned item.
  • Items are expected to be returned in the original, complete condition that they were purchased in. If an item is not returned in its original, complete condition, we may deduct portions of your refund to make up for the damage, open packaging, or missing components made to the item. If an item is returned in a condition so different from its original, complete condition (or not returned at all) we may open a dispute and you may not receive a refund at all. Please keep in mind that we extensively film/photograph our items at all stages, including listing, packaging, and returns to ensure the condition of items stays the same throughout the entire process.
