INTERESTING CASED RUSSIAN SIGHTING INSTRUMENT ( Possibly Military )..????......The instrument is in very good undamaged condition showing little but some sign of use....There are some adjustment knobs and they operate very smoothly....Looking through the eye piece the vertical and horizontal ranging detail is very clear and bright....Inside the case there is spares compartment with spares....There is a battery and another steel box ....I am guessing that the battery is at the flat.....
