- Made by Copeland in 1878, this brown transferware is based off of the commissioned art by Edward Duncan known as Duncans Scenes. The art was commissioned by Copeland in 1849.
- Brown transfer underglaze on cream earthenware
- The small bowl is 5.5\" wide x 1\" depth. The mug is 2-1/8\" H.
- Bowl is marked with makers mark and an impressed 78. (it was known that in 1878 production was only in brown transfer in this pattern).
- Sheep, Cattle & farm scenes
- No chips or cracks. This set is in very nice condition.
