1. Place fingers on underside of thelower handle with top handle of CATagainst palm of hand insuring thegrip on the device is secure.
2. Adjust device by turning theadjusting sleeve. (Minimum forcesetting is achieved when theadjusting sleeve is closest to the tip. Maximum force setting is achievedwhen the adjusting sleeve is set to the first indicator closestto the sleeve but not tightened against the housing.)
3. Test thrust against your hand and adjust until the desiredthrust is set.

Kindly be informed that we are shipping to the lower 48 states only. We cannot combine shipping, local pickup is neither possible and we do not ship products to PO Boxes or APO\'s.

For example if FedEx charges us $20.00 to ship you the item, that amount will be deducted along with the 20% restocking fee from your refund.
