Clock Tools Webster Mainspring Winder For Sale

We are offering for sale clock tools. It is a Webster Mainspring Winder. It looks like it is new and never been used. It is was used it was not used many times. This is used to remove and install mainsprings (either loop ends or hole ends) in a clock. It includes 2 hooks, arbor support, 9 mainspring sleeves( 1\" to 2 1/4\") and instructions. It sets in a vise to hold it. In a clock parts catalog this is near 180.00 new. The reserve I have on this is about 1/3 of that. Please see the pictures.
