Terms
What this warranty covers: COBRA warrants your product against all defects in materials and workmanship.
For how long: (New Products) One (1) year from the date of the original purchase.*
*Some products have longer warranty lengths. Please check your owner?s manual for the warranty term.
What we will do: COBRA, at our discretion, will either repair or replace your product free of charge.
Certain products that are ?End Of Life? or low stock items cannot be guaranteed of replacement availability.
What we will not do: COBRA will not pay shipping charges that you incur for sending your product to us.
What you must do to maintain this warranty: Show original proof of purchase from COBRA or an Cobra Authorized dealer.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to your product under any of the following conditions:
- The serial number has been removed or modified.
- Your product has been subjected to misuse or damage (including water damage, physical abuse, and/or improper installation).
- Your product has been modified in any way.
- Your receipt or proof-of-purchase is from a non-authorized dealer or internet sale site including E-bay, U-offer, or other non-authorized resellers. Please Note: only purchases made from our official Cobra Electronics store, designated by the Red Cobra logo, are covered under this warranty

Returns Under 30 Days
For Defective items in the first 30 days of delivery, please use the return feature in to request a refund or replacement of that item.
Warranty Under 90 Days
Please contact us through through your transaction so we can associate your order with your account. PLEASE NOTE: After the initial 30 return windows closes, you are not eligible for a refund. Warranty repair or replacement at our discretion will be the only option.

Warranty Information
Each product we manufacture is covered by our factory warranty. While each product may have unique components and policy, the general guideline below will apply to most Cobra Inc. products.
All NEW Cobra Electronics models purchased factory-direct or from our Authorized Resellers will come with a full one-year warranty from the date of the original retail purchase (see policy statement above for full warranty details and exclusions).
All OPEN BOX items will have the same warranty and time frame as new COBRA items.
New Standard accessories packaged with each model will have a one-year factory warranty.
Accessory items have a six (6) month factory warranty.
All the products offered in our store are authentic Cobra products backed by a full Cobra Certified refurbished manufacturer warranty.

All the products offered in our store are authentic Cobra products backed by a full Cobra Certified manufacturer warranty. We also offer a 30-day returns policy in the event that you are not delighted by your purchase.
When returning products, you are responsible to ensure that we receive the products and that the products are not damaged in transit. Therefore, for your protection, when you are returning a product to us, we recommend that you acquire a tracking number.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us or for the use of the collection service unless it is defective. A product is considered defective if one or more of these conditions apply:
(a) has been sent to you incorrectly due to our error;
(b) is damaged;
(c) does not conform to its description;
(d) is not fit for purpose; or
(e) is not of satisfactory quality
Note that damage caused to the product once it is in your possession does not make the product defective and is beyond our responsibility.
Defective products should be returned to the return address we provide as soon as possible, and in any event, within 30 days of delivery.
In particular, please note that any items returned to us which you claim to be faulty or incomplete are checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return shipment costs via your original payment method. In the event that we do not receive complete payment we will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage.
Any items that you return to us are at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all our customers to take reasonable care when returning any items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, and carried by a reputable carrier.
