You are offerding on a 14\" Effanbee Patsy doll. She is in her original outfit excluding a bonnet. Her hair appears to have had a little repaint patch or perhaps it was original as I haven\'t repaired her and no one else did that I know of, however the paint chipped off when I dusted her. She is adorable. She has beautiful coloring and holds a cute pose without problems. She is a definite asset to any collection and is beautiful for her age.
