I am selling a charming custom built dollhousethat isT-shaped: 31\" x 33\" x 23\" high, with 7 rooms, including a side extension for the bathroom.
Dimensions of each room are:
1st floor - kitchen (8\" x 14\" x 7.75\" high); living room 13.75\" x 12\" x 7.75\" high) , dining room (11\" x 12.75\" x 7.75\" high) and bathroom (9\" x 5\" x 7.75\").
2nd floor - bedroom 1 (8\" x 14\" x 7\" high); bedroom 2 (13.75 x 9\" x 7\" high) and bedroom 3 (11\" x 12.75\" x 7\" high).
The house layout is unusual, and has many detailed features including two sets of stairs, bedroom closets, doors, kitchen cabinets and wainscoating. Flooring is nicely done. Lighting works for outside fixtures; needs ceiling fixtures for rooms.
Repair work is needed for the shingled roof (replacement of some shingles); windows (some dividers missing); missing lighting fixtures; chimney (few bricks needed) and minor repairs to wall paper and trim. Sidings shows some water marks, but is unstained. Staining or painting would be an option to renovate house.
