In E-mail describe clearly all adjustments you would like us to make to your image as we translate it to the canvas.Example: Your Clothing can be changed, hair, background or others can be added or changed. You can add or change something or someone in/into the picture.
1、When we received your photos and custom sizes ,we will tell you need to pay the total costin E-mail.
2、When you accept the total cost, You will pay 50% advance payment and the balance will be paid before shipping.We will send a PayPal bill to you.
3、We will start working.
4、Allow 2-8 weeks for project completion.Your paintings will arrive rolled in a shipping tube,Oil paintings do not contain frames.You can have the painting stretched by a local art supply shop and get their advice concerning the frame.
Your hand-painted oil portrait will be treasured as a timeless family heirloom and can also be given as an ultimate gift to your family and friends.
Every canvas portrait hasn\'t comes stretched and framed, it will shipped rolled in a tube.
Refund Policy
This is the link to pay the deposit. Once the painter starts painting, the deposit is non-refundable.
We do our best to make sure that every item we sell arrives in perfect condition. All the shipments are made with first class shipping companies and with secure package inspected by the postal service. All costs of packaging and shipping charges are at our expense.
International buyers are welcome! International orders are subject to potential duties, customs charges and taxes levied by local governments, such as the VAT and GST.
