These amazing Danish Modern MCM Mid Century Style Southwest Ironwood pair of Carved Bears were discovered at an estate sale of a couple who traveled extensively, and I am offering many items from the estate. The bears are made of carved ironwood from the Southwest and the style is so minimalist and timeless, as to also fall into the Danish Modern/MCM Mid Century category of design. The grain of the wood is stunning and the substantial weight of each bear is surprising given the size, but I imagine that it\'s the reason it was dubbed \"Ironwood\".
