These custom made Dean\'s Amulet replicas are cast in metal and plated to match the amulet seen in the show.This amulet is a 1:1 scale replica of the screen used prop. Both the front and back of the amulet have been designed with all the intricate details found on the original prop. It includes the adjustable genuine leather cord tied with slip knots just like the one Dean wore and comes in a black jewelry box.
In a flashback we find out that eight-year-old Sam obtained the amulet from uncle Bobby, who said it was \"real special.\" Sam intended it as a Christmas present for his father (John), but when John doesn\'t make it home for Christmas Sam decides to give Dean the amulet. Dean wears the amulet from this time on. Later, Castiel reveals that the amulet is very powerful and will burn hot in God\'s presence, and that he wishes to use it in his search for God. Dean very reluctantly hands it over, remarking that without it he \"feels naked.\"
