PAYMENTS

Sales Tax is calculated on the final sale cost plus shipping charges and must be paid prior to shipment.

STORAGE

We offer storage services from small items to full containers. We also offer container loading, Contact us for prices.

For buyers offerding on, or buying multiple items, we will hold them for up to 7 days at no charge, after 7 days fees may apply. Contact us when you are planning to offer on multiple items across multiple days.

We offer two kinds of storage fees:
Inside:$ 2.50 per sq. footOutside: $ 2.00 per sq. foot

RETURNS

We accept returns for all our items listed as working. Items listed in “AS IS” condition or “For Parts or Repair” have no warranty, read our descriptions carefully.

We give 14 days to Contact Us and return the item.

Refund can be process in the form of exchange, merchandise, store credit or money back.

Buyer is responsible to ship the item back to us; we will be responsible to ship the exchange back.

Any modifications made to the item not authorized by 1 Machinery Sales, willvoid any warranty.

SHIPPING

For combined shipping items should meet the following criteria:

• Combined items should fit in any of the flat Rate Boxes offered by USPS.
• All items must be paid at same time for the same invoice.
• All items should be shipped to the same address.

Carriers: USPS flat Rate, FedEx Ground & UPS Ground.

For International: USPS Priority Intl.

Please note UPS & Fedex charge extra for residential delivery.

LOCAL PICK UP

Please call to schedule a time& day for pick up. When picking up have your paperwork ready ( Invoice and ID) and a valid ID ready.

Liability

Please understand that managing tools and machinery can be dangerous, our items weight can go from a couple of pounds to hundreds or even thousands. For this reason we have to limit local pick-ups to the use of forklift on items heavier than 100 lbs. If our customers bring help along to load their items, customer will have to sign a General Form of Release of Liability or bring their own insurance.

Please note that a $25.00 loading fee will apply if Forklift Servicesrequired. Unless statedin thelisting above.

FREIGHT

Freight charges on the invoice will be from FedEx Freight. If you do not wish to use FedEx Freight services please contact us at[email removed by ].

For Nevada, Arizona and California we use LA Machinery Moving,click herefor an online quote or call us [phone removed by ]

Items that require a standard 4’x4’ pallet will have a $25.00 fee. Please call for pricing on items that require custom skid or custom crating.

We encourage our customers to arrange their own shipping on items that cannot be shipped through FedEx ground (items over 150 Lbs.) A $25.00 Loading fee will apply unless stated in the listing.

CLAIMS

In the event that your item gets damaged during shipment please following the steps below.

Damaged packages.

1) Keep all original packing together as the carrier may require it to process the claim.
2) Take clear photos of the box & item showing the damage.
3) Send all photos to us via messages & provide a short description on what is broken.

Damaged pallets.

If your shipment shows visible signs of damage, immediately ask the driver to inspect the contents with you. Then write a precise description of the damage on both your copy and the driver’s copy of the delivery receipt.

1) Keep all original packing together as the carrier may require it to process the claim.
2) Take clear photos of the pallet/item before offloading.
3) Send all photos to us via messages & provide a short description on what is broken.

Once all that information is received we will contact the carrier and submit a claim.

Due to the investigation processIt may take up to10 business days to process a claim.
