This vintage 1985 Dura-Craft Dollhouse Kit SW125 “the Sweet Heart” is a complete wood Tudor style dollhouse. Kit is in an open box and includes all building components, the original assembly directions and original order form for furnishings and other kits.
The dollhouse features four rooms, two stories, and measures 16” H x 17” W x 11” D with a 1:1 scale. Some of the wood pieces are becoming unattached as they age, there’s coloration variation in the wood but not sure if that’s the wood-grain or somehow from age. The top piece appears to have a stain but the majority of it is on the punched out part (see pictures 11 & 12). Box shows shelf wear from storage including a corner taped together but the kit itself is new and unused. Assembly tools and furnishings not included.
