A charming portrait of a proud looking young chimney sweep in tattered shorts, leaning against a wall with his faithful puppy at his feet and broom by his side. The painting is likely after a more well known artist, although this is unknown. The painting is unsigned and presented in an early 20th Century oak frame with silver gilt slip. On canvas.

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. Some slight scuffing to the frame.

We relocated to our Corsham studio in early 2020, leaving behind our small garden workshops in Bradford-on-Avon that had been our base for several successful years.
