You are looking at an antique Doctor\'s Bag. It is leather with brass vertical opening latches. There is a locking mechanism. No key. The iron internal connecting rod is quite old as pictured. Mild separation at bottom edge as pictured. Red lining is a bit dirty. This is in as found condition. Edge wear on the leather and other age/use related imperfections.
