Another unique, early feature is the casters. They are part of the safe casting instead of bolted on like later models.

Patents present on inside of door and on dial are 1885-87.

Original custom paint including \"town clerk\" above the door, indicating its purpose many years ago (town it came from will be supplied to buyer)

Outer dimensions:32 inches tall (including casters) X23 inches wide X23 inches deep (including handle/dial)

Inner dimensions:18-1/2 inches tall X 14 inches wide X 12 inches deep

There is an inside compartment (key present) and drawer.

The larger inside doorhasa lock (no key).

Has been cleaned and oiled.
