Early Back Bay Decoy Northern Pintail Duck:

Up for sale is a really cool miniature duck decoy by NorthCarolina’s Back Bay Decoy (BBD). It looks at least to me to be a Northern Pintailduck. The decoy is approximately 7-1/2” X 3” X 3-1/2” in size. This is an older/earlydecoy by Back Bay Decoy with painted vs. glass eyes. As seen in the images thepiece is signed on the bottom “BBD”.
As seen in some of the images there is an fairly extensivecrack surrounding the neck of the decoy though the piece does not look to havebeen glued. The decoy could possibly use some loving care but even withoutdoing so the decoy shows well. Don’t miss your chance to add this early BackBay Decoy to your collection.
