I am offering eleven bisque dollhouse dolls, ranging in size from a top-hatted gentleman, six and a half inches tall, including his hat, to a little girl, slightly less than three inches tall. I do not know the history of these dolls, but they all appear to have bisque faces and hands, and are beautifully and meticulously dressed. Some of them have flexible bodies and legs, others have flexible bodies but legs made of bisque. I\'m guessing that several of them were made by artisans (the gentleman with the flower in his lapel, especially.) Anyway, a most engaging bunch. All the dolls are in perfect condition, having been stored in a dollhouse for many years, and are ready for a new life!

8/04 -- I\'m adding this, as I\'m in a bit of a shipping panic! I packed up the dolls last night, and see that shipping, which I had intended to use, has estimated the shipping charge as around two dollars! Well, it\'s obvious to me that the box weighs a whole lot more than that -- I think shipping will be closer to ten dollars! We could just slap on the two dollar label and hope for the best, but I just wanted to point out the risk of the box being returned to me and having to be re-shipped. In any event, whoever wins these dolls, please contact me before you pay, and we\'ll figure something out!
