- Put the original packing slip in the package
- Pack your return securely in the original packaging or your own packaging.
- Use the return-address label printed on the packing slip or make your own and tape it to the package.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your account minus the shipping portion that was used to send the item. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 5-10 business days for credit to be posted on your account.
