This sale is for the filter door in the pictures. It is out of a 3 ton Tempstar Model BH3036SKB2 Heat Pump. It had a 20\'\' x 20\'\' filter. The foam needs replaced on the door. I do not know the age but worked fine when it was tested in the unit. I do not offer returns or refunds and I only ship in the U.S.A.
