The M-2000 Bolt-down system is made for extra wide roof tops. The cross bars are 88" wide 14 gauge steel. The cross bars are rectangular 1.5" x 1". The mounting bases are 6" wide and 11 gauge steel. The mounting bases can be adjusted to fit roofs from 50" to 84" wide. All of our 3 bar Bolt-down systems includes border supports and ladder supports. All of our supports are coated in rubber for extra protection.

Can be bolted onto most flat or angle surface.

Does not require gutter or drip rails to install

Maximum load capacity of 750 lbs 3 Bar kit

Warranty

1 Year warranty will only apply to those who submit their warranty card by e-mail. Non-registered warranty claims will not be excepted. Covered on the warranty are as follow: Cross bars, mounting plate and brackets. Hardware such as nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets are not included in the warranty. Warranty does not cover bent or warped cross-bars. Customers must cover all shipping.

Claims for Shipping Damages

Product that are damaged during transport must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours after receiving delivery. Otherwise customer will be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please inspect all packages thoroughly before signing acceptance of shipment.

Return Policy

Unused merchandise may be returned freight pre-paid in the original shipping packaging with all labels, hardware, instructions. All returns must be accompanied by a RGA and a copy of the original receipt. The RGA # must must be issued within 30 days from the date of delivery. Product can not be returned after 30 days. Any items sent freight collect will be refused and returned at shippers expense. All returns are subjected to a 30% cancellation fee/return fee. Customer pays all shipping and handling charge going to and from destination. When the item have been examined and the reason of return is verified, you will be issued a refund. Refund will be issued by company check to the receiver and will take approximately 5-7 business days to process.

Warranty does not cover bent, warped or normal wear and tear of product. All electrical products are covered by a 1 years warranty unless item is stated otherwise. All mechanical products are covered by a 5 year warranty. All warranty items must be shipped to Vantech USA Incorporated 150 New Hwy Amityville NY 11701. Customers must cover all shipping fees to and from destination. To submit a warranty claim message us titled "warranty claim application". A claim form will be e-mailed to you within 24 - 48 hours. Fill out form and submit picture(s) as required. A warranty agent will contact you in 7-9 business days. Canceling an Order You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling the number in header. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
