This French made dinky toy #582 Citroen U23 wrecker is a complete original with very minor chipping and rubbing of the paint. The very light colored graphics on both sides “DINKY SERVICE” are in great condition, but they don’t show up very well because of very little contrast. I have put on new line and a correct hook so, the mechanism works as it should. It is unusual for this to show up on sites in North America. Check out the photos for better description.
