Shipping Policy
We endeavour to dispatch all orders promptly, usually on the same business day or within two business days. Orders are dispatched from South Korea therefore orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays in South Korea. All orders are dispatched via DHL Express shipping with tracking number.
Buyers can trace the delivery online at the DHL website.
Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and contact details including email address on the checkout page. Please note, we are unable to change the delivery address after payment has been made. We can only ship to the address shown in the order page.

Customs
As per policies, customs and import charges are buyer's responsibility. It is buyer's responsibility to check which customs and import charges may apply, and to pay them. If customs and import charges are required, our shipping carrier, DHL Express may reach out to you directly for more information. It is important to respond to the carrier's request promptly so that shipping is not delayed. Bush Mechanic Korea will not be liable for any Customs or Import Duty Charges. Please ensure you check with your local Customs prior to making the purchase.
Refusal to pay Customs or import duty charges will result in shipment returned to us, in which case we will deduct return shipping fee and associated fees from the purchase price.
Some EU Countries have high Customs and Import duty charges. Please be mindful of this prior to purchasing.
RETURNS Policy
If you have any issues with the order or the item, please contact us first and we will assist you with the return process. We provide 30 days return period. Buyer must contact us within 30 days after receiving the item.
Any defective/faulty parts are covered under buyer's money back guarantee and we will gladly assist you with replacement or refund.
Returned items must be in original, resalable conditions (including packaging) for a full refund. All returned items are thoroughly checked for signs of installation or usage. Full refund will not be provided if we detect any signs of installation or usage.
Bush Mechanic Korea is not responsible for any sequential costs, including removal and re-fitment costs of the item.
We cannot send replacement parts without first receiving the returned item.

Is this a genuine (OEM) part from Hyundai / Kia?
Yes, we are based in South Korea and only source brand new and genuine (OEM) parts from Hyundai and Kia. We do NOT sell used, refurbished, reconditioned, rebranded or "like-OEM" parts. All our parts are guaranteed to be brand new and genuine parts from Hyundai and Kia.
Is this the correct part for my vehicle?
We offer part fitment checks to all our buyers through VIN verification. The VIN, or Vehicle Identification Number, is a unique serial number located on your vehicle. Message us your VIN and we can confirm or find the correct parts for your vehicle. In most instances, we can check and respond to your message within one to two hours.
How long will it take to get my order?
Whilst our order handling time is two business days, most orders are dispatched on the same date or in one business day. We use DHL Express to send orders worldwide. Please refer to our shipping transit time guide. Delivery time to major capital cities is 3 business days. For accurate delivery times, please message us with your city and zip code.
Do I have to pay import taxes and duties?

Can you send the order to another address?
As per policies, we cannot change the delivery address after you have bought an item. We must send it to the delivery address shown in the order page. If you need to change the address after checkout, please submit order cancellation request, which will be approved. Once the order is cancelled, please update your delivery address with the correct address and make the purchase again.
