i fond this in an LA thrift store.. i bought it thinking it was a video capture device.. BUT it appears to be some sort of foreign language cable box.>

I tested it with a generic 12volt AC Adapter cable and plug and it seemed to light up \"Active\" - blue light blinking. and the \"red\" power light was on after i turned the unit on with the back toggle power switch.
so sold as working, bit not tested with any subscription services, which i believe one needs to get with such boxes selling this HW device only./
