This is a brand new air conditioner from Garrison. This Garrison through-the-wall air conditioner uses R-410A refrigerant to cool rooms measuring 550 to 700 sq. ft. It also includes a remote control for more convenient cooling. Eco-Friendly, using this air conditioner is better for the environment. It meets UL-US and cUL certification standards. Please note: Unit measures 24-14\"W x 14-1/2\"H x 20-3/8\"D and will require a compatible wall sleeve and grille for installation. We offer a matching Garrison wall sleeve and grille which can be found here.
