An electronic tax invoice is supplied on request. We cannot put a paper copy of the invoice to your parcel.

HANDLING TIME

Generally, orders placed and paid before 2pm (AEST/Brisbane time) on a business day are dispatched on the same day. We will endeavor to post your order within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Parcels are not being dispatched on weekends and public holidays.

EXPRESS POSTAGE

Express postage option is available on check out. Please check if your area is covered by Australia Post Next Business Day Delivery Guarantee. Please check the Australia Post website.

Only paid orders are available for pickup. We do not accept cash on pickup.

We are generally here from 9 am to 4 pm every weekday. For pickup outside of normal business hours please contact us in advance.

SHIPPING

We will combine multiple items purchased from our store in one parcel when it is possible.

Generally, parcels with a combined value below $700 will be shipped with Authority to leave. Signature on delivery might be added according to our judgments.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note: Any Import duties, taxes, and charges collected by your country are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer\'s responsibility.

Check with your country\'s customs office to find out what these additional costs are.

Parcels can be held by Customs Authorities for an extended period of time which can cause a delay in delivery.

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL

Express Mail Service (EMS) Australia Post is used for International Express shipping. Please note, such events as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, the pandemic, etc. can extend delivery time.

COMBINE POSTAGE

You’ll be able to combine your multiple orders only if purchase from .com website using the desktop or desktop mode set up on the mobile (not a mobile app).

Follow these steps to combine your multiple orders from our shop:

1. When you see an item you like, click ‘Add to cart’
2. You will be taken to a webpage that confirms your order with the option to ‘Checkout # items’ or ‘Go to Cart’. Each option will do
3. In your Shopping cart you’ll see ‘Request total’ in the upper right corner of the first item in your cart
4. Select ‘Request total’ and enter a message to notify the seller that you would like to combine your orders
5. Wait for the seller to send you a new invoice (you should receive a notification in your messages on )
6. Checkout with this new invoice.

RETURN POLICY

Should you wish to return your order, please contact us within sixty (60) days of a delivery date with a valid reason for a return.

Return Shipping is paid by the buyer if there is a change of mind OR the buyer provided incorrect vehicle details OR the buyer purchased an incorrect part without checking compatibility with us OR for any reason(s) other than the buyer receiving a faulty item. In this case, original shipping is nonrefundable. Otherwise, return shipping is paid by GoodState Spare Parts.

A refund will be given as money back or item exchange (depending on the buyer’s preference and item availability).

All returned goods must be new, undamaged and uninstalled, and returned in undamaged original manufacturer packaging (may be opened). This means the item should not be fitted or used. If an item is returned used, damaged or without an original packing, we can deduct up to 50% of its value or refuse a refund. Every case is decided individually.

NO REFUNDS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS (sensors, switches, ESU etc.)

All returns and exchanges are subject to the inspection by GoodState Spare Parts before a refund or exchange is granted. All refunds are made at the discretion of GoodState Spare Parts.

WARRANTY

All mechanical parts sold by GoodState Spare Parts come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. You are entitled to a refund or replacement provided goods are deemed (by GoodState Spare Parts) to be faulty.

All electrical parts and components sold by GoodState Spare Parts come with 30 days warranty from the date of delivery. You are entitled to a refund or replacement provided goods are deemed to be faulty by GoodState Spare Parts.

In order to be eligible for claims under warranty, all mechanical and electrical parts should be installed by a licensed motor vehicle mechanic/ repairer/ electrician/ cooling system specialist/ transmission specialist.

We require a report from a licensed motor vehicle mechanic/ repairer/ electrician/ cooling system specialist/ transmission specialist confirming the part is faulty.

This report should include:
- The part installation date.
- Acknowledgment that the part was installed according to the manufacturer instructions and manuals (including a step-by-step recount of how the part was installed and what kind of scan checks were run. Copies of scan checks need to be attached.
- A statement concluding the part is faulty.

This report should be signed and have a license number included.

This report along with the goods are to be sent to GoodState Spare Parts for further warranty procedures.

Our warranty does not cover any labour costs, loss of profit, consequential loss or damage, towing or freight expenses, or any other losses or expenses associated with the faulty product(s). Any repairs or work carried out on items purchased without our written consent are the customer\'s sole responsibility.

A warranty will be considered void if a part is dismantled, tampered with, used in modified vehicles, performance or race competitions, or off-road.

Our warranty does not cover any claim that is caused by any of the following: incorrect or insufficient fluids or oils, overheating or removed heat tab, improper item installation or application, accident damage, overloading or misuse, unauthorized installation or repairs, or failing to properly maintain the item.
