Return Policy and Payment Info Returns
We offer money-back or replacement returns on all of our products. If you would like to return your order for a refund or replacement you must first contact us for return authorization. All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and all items being returned MUST have a return material authorization (RMA) number. Returned packages with no RMA number will be refused. To obtain an RMA number, you must send a return request via message. All non-defective items being returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for certain situations. Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns where the restocking fee applies, and buyers will be responsible for the return shipping charges in all cases. Signature Requirement
Items valued at $50 or more, and being shipped via UPS will automatically require signature upon delivery. However, you may request no signature upon delivery if so desired.
Shipping Adjustments

Additional Shipping Charges

Handling Time
Orders shipping with USPS will be shipped within 1 business day after payment is received. UPS orders will be shipped the same day if payment is received between 8:00AM and 2:00PM pacific time. Any order placed after the cutoff time will be shipped within 1 business day. Our office is closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders placed on these days will ship on the following business day.
