Gorgeous French PG Reproduction by Artist Emily Hart, Outfit by Mary Lambeth For Sale

This is a gorgeous bisquehead reproduction of the French PG (Pintel & Godchaux) made by well known and loved Master artist Emily Hart. She is 21 1/2\" tall to the top of her head and 23\" to the top of her bonnet. She is beautifully painted and has gorgeous blue high profile Hand glass paperweight eyes. She has pierced ears and crystal and faux freshwater pearl earrings and necklace. She has a mohair wig in antique blonde color. She is on a composition French body with straight wrists. The body may have been repainted as Jim Vickerman was having problems for a time with his lacquer paint and many of his bodies had to be repainted; I think this may be one. Her outfit is made by Mary Lambeth from pale blue silk charmeuse and antique and vintage trims. Some of the laces may have been intentionally tea stained for that aged look. She has muslin petticoat and drawers, silk stockings and shoes also made by Mary. The dress and bonnet are decorated with Mary\'s signature ribbon flowers. Mary retired from dressmaking several years ago so there are no more of these beautiful outfits being made. Signed on the back of the head by Emily. Her stringing is good.
