Methods of Payments: Acceptable forms of payment are listed in item detail. We require bank wire transfers for all invoices over $10,000.
Payment Due: Complete payment is due immediately. No artwork/item will be shipped until payment has been received and cleared by Baterbys. Title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made. All shipping charges, unless specified otherwise, will be borne by the Buyer.
Shipment: Buyer pays for shipping (unless specified as free or included).

IN THE CASE OF A TECHNOLOGY FAILURE, BATERBYS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW ITEMS IN QUESTION AND APPLY FOR A MUTUAL BACKOUT FOR BOTH buyer AND SELLER.
