This Civil War era iron cannonball, measuring 4” in diameter &12.56” in circumference, is a solid shot variation, as noted by the solid plugon one side. The ball has a raised seam-line, & is covered in rust fromover 160 years of age. NOTE: due to being a solid shot cannonball, the risk ofan explosion is nonexistent, due to these balls not being filled with powder& shot. A great collectable indeed.
