• Each chart is aFULL-COLOR DIGITAL PRINT on11”x17”bright white paper.
• Each isFULL-SEALHOTLAMINATEDwith heavy duty (5-mil) FILM. The chart is totally sealed for years of use and wipes clean with a soft cloth. We use only GBC Ultra-Clear Laminates and a commercial-quality laminator for highest quality.
• The Recommended Tool Geometries table gives all the angles needed to correctly grind your high-speed-steel cutter blanks to the correct cutting angles for22 DIFFERENT MATERIALS.
• The Surface Feet Per Minute Cutting Speed table calculates the speed that the metal stock passes by the tool tip.THIS IS THE CRITICAL SPEED IN WORKING WITH METALas each different material likes to be cut at different speeds.
