You are offerding on a 1953 Happi Time Toys Diesel Train Set in the original box. I have only seen 2 or 3 of these sets being sold over the past couple of years, and that tells me that they\'re not to common. Happi Time toys were ONLY produced and sold by: Sears, Roebuck and Co. The train box is in good condition with only minor damage to one corner (pic 4). The box lid also has part of the original shipping label with postage stamps (pic 1,2 &3). The model number for the set is 09632, and it is also visible on the box lid as well as the side. The set comes with 2 Diesel Engines (1 is a dummy car), it also has an orange livestock car, a gray solid material tender car and a caboose. There are also 8 curved pieces of track and 8 straight pieces. The transformer is 45 Watt with a built in circuit breaker. The transformer does work, and it\'s what I used to check the operation of the Diesel engine. I plugged up the transformer and connected it to the Diesel rail contact and the wheel for ground, and THE TRAIN DOES WORK !!! It also lights up. There is a small scuff mark on the top of the Diesel Engine (pic 7). I do not see anymore issues with the trains as far as damages, scratches, cracks, etc. Overall the trains are in good condition for being over 60 years old. The only things I see missing are the Owners Manual, and the original cardboard that was used to separate the train cars when inside the box. There is some original cardboard to hold the transformer, power cord and tracks. I will wrap the cars with foam prior to shipping.
