Before completing your check out, make sure that you order the correct item and have the correct shipping address entered. Payments on all buy it now items are due immediately. Any items won on an sale are due within 48 hours of the end of the sale. An unpaid item case will be opened for any payments not made at the time they are due without exception. Any offers placed on an item must be cancelled by the buyer only. We will not cancel any offers made by the buyer. All offers are final, and payment for the item won is expected. If you are unsure that you are wanting that particular item, please do not make a offer or offer on it until you are.
Orders that sale for under $250.00 will not be insured. If you are interested in purchasing shipping insurance, please contact us prior to checking out for an insurance quote. Any packages lost or damaged during transit is the couriers responsibility and not the sellers. If your package was lost or damaged during transit, you must contact the courier with the tracking number we have provided for any further information regarding your shipment. If your package can not be located or was damaged during shipping, you will have to file a lost package or insurance claim with the courier. Remember, after a seller drops an item off to be shipped, it is out of our hands what happens to it during transit.
