We know the history of each item we sell and strive to earn andre-earn your business!
Warranty & Returns
As there are no implied manufacturer’s warranty,we at SWA provide a 60-Day product Guarantee that begins the date of receipt(buyer pays return shipping). This means that the product arrived as describedand in working condition. We don’t “gladly accept returns” like other storesclaim because we work hard to put out an accurate description, detailed photosand our goal is to put out an exceptional customer experience. That said, we doright by our customers – please don’t hesitate to reach out with inquiries.
Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
For “Factory Sealed” products, we reserve the right to refund 70% of thepurchase price as that product will be deemed “open-box” once returned.
Shipping & Handling
Our customers never pay for shipping whenpurchasing from us. Period. We do not believe in profiting on shipping andhandling – it keeps us agile to find the most competitive shipping arrangementssince we foot the bill!

SWA sells hardware products only and does not re-sellsoftware licenses. Some hardware products may contain software and may not belegally operated without first purchasing a proper software license from themanufacturer of such products. SWA respects intellectual property of others,and we ask our customers to do the same. Customer acknowledges and agrees thatSWA does not provide any operating system software or software right-to-uselicenses with the products it sells. Customers understand and agree that propersoftware licensing, software maintenance and upgrades are subject to applicablemanufacturer\'s Software Licensing Agreement. Customer shall be solelyresponsible for obtaining proper software licenses for applicable products fromthe manufacturer.
