Defective Merchandise Returns:
We offer a 30 days return policy. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement unit or we may repair the item and return it back to you. All items covered by a valid manufacturer's warranty must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Non-Defective Merchandise Returns:
All non-defective returns within 30 days from the invoice date are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the item is deemed to be materially different from the original condition and/or missing parts. After 30 days from the invoice date, we are unable to take returns.
* ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED AND TESTED UPON RECEIPT. All products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in original packaging. A return will not be processed or a restocking fee may be applied in the event any items included in the original shipment is not present in the returned package.In the event that a return shipment is received with improper packaging, altered or physically damaged, the return will be denied and will not be processed.
To start the return process:
Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers will expire after 14 days. Any return package received without an RMA number will be refused.
