Up for your consideration is a Hohner POST WWII Super 64 four octave chromatic harmonica . This harmonica belonged to the late Bud Boblink and is directly from his estate.
Bud played the harmonica for over 70 years and worked with the \"Harmonicats\" and \"Harmonica Rascals\" and was awarded the Bernie Bray Award for playing excellence in 2004 by the Society for Preservation and Advancement of the Harmonica (SPAH)

I have performed the following work on it:
1. I treated all reedplates with \"Naval Jelly\" to remove dirt and oxidation and then used a brass wire brush to scrub the plates to clean and disinfect them. Following that I cleaned the plates with \"Dawn\" detergent to neutralize the \"Naval Jellyl\".
2. I replaced all windsavers (valves) with NOS valves
3. I adjusted the gap, profile and centering of each reed to ensure reliable playing.
4. I polished the nickel-plated covers and silver mouthpiece and completed the assembly.
5. I tuned the harmonica to 442 with equal temperament.
