The return address differs from the address provided below. If non-inventory items are delivered to our return address, we will request a label or offer to use our FedEx account and deduct the cost from your refund to ship to our vendor. If using our account, if lost or damaged in transit, we are not responsible. A refund will be issued only when we have received a credit from our vendor.

Any item(s) used or not in their original condition will not be accepted or refunded even if sent back; inspection can take up to 72 hours. Upon completion, a replacement or refund for the current merchandise price will be processed, restocking fee and shipping will be deducted from the current merchandise price. Refunds within 30 days will incur a standard restocking fee of 15%, up to 30%. Returns after 30 days of purchase are not accepted even if sent back. Unauthorized, used, or damaged returns will not be approved for refund.
