The vest was custom made in our regiment in the early 2000s, and was not mass produced so there aren't many vests like it. It has been used over the years in ongoing security missions, as well as fighting in the Second Lebanon War in 2006 and in the Pillar of Defense War in Gaza in 2014. Now we are not allowed to use it because of a new directive stating that only green vests should be used. That is why we are interested in selling it and buying standard equipment.
