UPDATE:These have been attached (Hinged) to the pages for many years. I didn\'t want to remove them for pictures but can if needed. The 3 loose stamps came to me like that in the collection I acquired from a 99 year old man. I am not a stamp expert, grader or certify expert. My opinion is just that, my opinion.
