Once an item is listed, we package and store it in a managed warehouse. That is why we can offer 1-day shipping. We also select trucking companies that have reliably picked up our items when scheduled. There may be a rare exception where the trucking company cannot pickup on the same or next day. In that case, the handling time is generally out of our control, but we will communicate the delay to our customers. We always strive to meet or exceed our shipping and handling obligations.
