John Deere Z645 Zero Turn ZTR mower, 65 hours, ready to go For Sale

We are selling a very nice 2011 John Deere Z645 zero turn mower that has very low use and in very good condition.  27HP twin cylinder with a 48\" perfect cut.  It has been serviced and is ready to mow.  It only has 65 hours on it and is in very good condition with very minor signs of use.  It has never been used commercially, but just for personal use on a small property.  I was originally looking at purchasing a Z700 series but after discussing the cost and availability with several different dealers, I decided to look at something else.  They had the Z600\'s on the lot and I was pretty impressed so after a walk around and test drive, I decided this is what I wanted.  I bought it with 22 hours on it and it has been serviced and ready to go.  It rides, drives and runs excellent and is a grass cutting machine mowing at 9mph!  It starts right up and runs as expected.  Blades are good and sharp and are original, tires are excellent and have never had a flat or issue, battery is new as we wanted to replace it being it was a couple years old, hydraulics are tight like a new mower, spindles are tight and have been greased every time it was used as well as it has been washed after every time it was used. Only selling as I have a large diesel ztr mower and we have downsized considerably and being we bought this for something my wife could mow on, we\'ve decided we just don\'t use it enough.  It was $6200 plus tax new and is not a cheap model.  The only area I can really point out negative is the end of the armrests and the foam grips on the steering levers as it appears they either got lightly chewed on or something rubbed against them.  It was this was when I bought it and have never been a concern.  More info....Controls...Like most ztr mowers, the Z645 has the 2 control sticks.  They have a ton of adjustment and I though I don\'t remember how many positions Deere says they have but regardless of how big or small you are, you are bound to find a position that fits you comfortable.  The control levers have adjustable dampers and give a super smooth yet firm responsive feel.  The feel is identical the the 900 series high end commercial mowers.  The operators station is plain and simple...throttle and choke on the same lever, key, hour meter, pto and blank switch for the optional headlight kit.  There is a fairly large storage bin located behind the controls and it has 2 cup holders with drain holes.  The Seat....it is very comfortable and has plenty of give if you are on any rough ground.  Plenty of front to back travel if you are taller or shorter.  It has a 21\" back which gives great support and has the adjustable arm rests.  Mower deck....The Z545 comes with a 48\" high capacity deck and it is stamped with 9 gauge steel instead of the 10 gauge residential steel.  It also has round bar welded around the front and side for protection.  It comes off the same press as the 7-iorn series commercials and if you compare it to the 700 series decks, it is identical.  The spindles are identical as are the blades and the mulching kit used by the 7-iron is compatible with the Z645.  Servicing the deck is simple and quick.  You won\'t get much build up under the deck regardless of your mowing conditions, it stays very clean.  The plastic spindle covers come off with one nut so cleaning is easy and they don\'t rattle or make noise.  All grease points are easily accessible as they should be.  The engine...the 27HP Deer Cyclonic engine is build by Briggs.  It runs smooth through all rpm ranges with no excessive noise or vibration.  It has an auxiliary oil cooler to help keep the fluids cooler to allow longer engine life.It has PLENTY of power and wet or dry, I have yet to bog the engine down in mowing half a foot of grass.  The hydros are strong and there is no power fade.  Servicing it is quick and easy.  I have been VERY impressed with this mower and I feel you will too!I can help with shipping up to 300 miles for a flat $125 fee to cover my fuel expense.  Also, USHIP.com is an excellent source for shipping as you can ship it just about anywhere in the country for $300 and I can help load it on my end.  offer with confidence as you look at our sellers response.  I have pages and pages of exceptional ratings selling boats, rv\'s, tractors, etc.....and regarding the 1 negative rating showing from 416Washburn this was for an item he hit the buy it now on and played games with me for a month as I would NOT accept a check from him being he was from Canada and the item was in Florida so I told him the only 2 options were bank transfer or cash which was stated in the details of the sale in black and white.  THIS IS THE ONLY NEG RATING WE HAVE EVER HAD!
