Used. The wheels on the cart don’t seem like it has been used on tracks yet. However the Cart has a few damaged spots . 1 of the wheels set is not attached because the screw came of it(maybe broke off) please review all photos. One of the center edges of the roof seems to have been bent upwards (please review photos). The box has some tears as shown on photographs. Missing bottom connectors ( please review all photos)
