ITEM DESCRIPTION
Description
Up for your consideration is an old prohibition-era American moonshine still, c. 1920s. The piece is made of copper, and appears fully functional.
Size
The piece measures 24.5\" long, 18.5\" wide, and 15\" to the top of the opening. The depth inside is about 13\", and the opening is 1.75\" in diameter.
Condition
Excellent original condition, with some light green oxidation on the top surface. It is surface level and would polish off easily, but it would alter the old patina which I do not want to do. It is heavy for its size, with thick copper walls. There is light surface wear, without dents or dings, and could be used if desired.
