1950’s Mid-Century Modern Hall Pottery Eva Zeisel designed Casual Living Brown Water Pitcher. This “Big Boy” measures 9” tall to spout and weighs over 3 1/2 pounds. It has a soft brushed brown glaze with white painted glazed interior with a small blue, pink and red design on the inside of the spout. Marked HALL in gold with a circle around it on bottom.
My folks were given this in 1959 - 1960 when they moved from Ohio.
The uneven paint line on the rim looks like a chip but is not.
It has slight damage on handle-so look at photos. (Hence the good price for this rare item!). If simply displaying it - this flaw won’t be a problem since it is on one side.
Kept smoke free, dry home.
