Lionel Post War Train Control Transmitter ECU-1 115 Volts AC or DC Works. 14 Watts. This hard to find transmitter (not transformer) was for controlling the features of the O-gauge set from 1946 - 1949?. I don\'t know the proper grading standards, so I am describing this as I would anything else based on my visual observation. Very good condition for its age. Wear and marks on the casing consistent with age there is some bending in the base of the casing. Works when plugged in - tested with voltmeter - I know this is not the best way to test, but I couldn\'t even find a hobby shop in the area that had even seen one of these (or knew how to test it). My mechanic tested it for me and the results are in the last two photos. Being sold as is. Because of the age, I can\'t guaranteethat the output or functionality will remain the same.
